Hagan Properties currently owns 3 shopping centers totaling approximately 1,100,000 square feet, has developed and sold an additional 825,000 square feet.
Hagan Properties has developed and sold 1,326 apartment units, has 313 apartment units under construction and land in the development phase for an additional 1,690 apartment units.
Hagan Properties' first build-for-rent community is currently under construction will feature 72 townhome units. The first units are anticipated to arrive in March of 2024.
Hagan Properties' first self-storage facility is a 5 acre ground up development of 150,000 square feet containing both climate controlled and non-climate controlled space on Chamberlain Lane in Louisville, Kentucky, contiguous to the Ford Kentucky Truck Plant.
